Course Overview
Communication remains at the core of all that we do. Relationships cannot exist without communication present and the way that we communicate with colleagues makes a world of difference for workplace environment and motivation. This course will explore how to build positive relationships, understand how to motivate a team, and effective strategies to improve communication skills.

- Learn strategies to improve the effectiveness of overall communication.
- Learn techniques for building positive relationships amongst staff and improving communication between teams.
- Understand the science behind motivation and how to elicit motivation.
