Course Overview


In this course, you will learn six key traits of effective teams and how to use them to build your program's effectiveness. You will learn the importance of relationships, reflection, and motivation to get to know your staff and strengthen your team for cohesiveness. You will also have access to two conflict-resolution tools and have confidence that you can work through team struggles. You will also learn about team decision-making and how to create a vision and mission for everyone to feel invested.
