Course Overview
Bias lives within each one of us whether we are aware of it or not. The first step to extinguishing bias is to address its existence in our everyday lives. This training will bring forth the biases that we often unknowingly hold and shed light on strategies to rid them from our lives.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be able to reflect upon the bias that influences their daily work.
- Participants will be able to utilize strategies to begin the lifelong process of extinguishing bias.
- Participants will be able to define bias and inclusive workplace culture.
